Shipping Policy

At Rosy Mode, we want your order to reach you quickly, safely, and at no extra cost. This policy explains exactly how our shipping process works for all orders within the United Kingdom.

1. Shipping Costs

Standard shipping is FREE (£0.00) on all orders delivered within the United Kingdom. There are no hidden fees, and all prices displayed on our website include VAT. No additional charges will be requested at your door.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 - 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). Orders placed before 5:00 PM (GMT) begin processing the same business day; orders placed after this time begin processing the next business day.

3. Transit Time

Once dispatched, your parcel will arrive within 2 - 6 business days (Monday to Friday). All parcels are shipped with tracked services through our carrier partners: Royal Mail, Evri, and DPD.

4. Total Delivery Time

Processing (1 - 2 business days) + Transit (2 - 6 business days) = Total delivery time of 3 - 8 business days.

5. Order Tracking

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can follow your parcel at any time through our "Track Your Order" page. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after dispatch.

6. Shipping Area

We currently deliver exclusively to addresses within the United Kingdom. We do not ship to other countries at this time.

7. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please make sure your delivery address is complete and correct before finalising your order. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible at info@rosymode.com and we will do our best to correct it before dispatch. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange a new delivery.

8. Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact our support team. We will open an investigation with the carrier and, where a parcel is confirmed as lost, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund, at your choice.
