You have 90 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. That is three full months to decide whether your purchase is right for you.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Items that show signs of use beyond trying them on may not qualify for a full refund.

3. Free Returns with Prepaid Label

Return shipping is FREE for all customers in the United Kingdom. Once your return is approved, we will email you a prepaid return label to download and print. Simply attach it to the parcel and drop it off at the indicated collection point. No restocking fees apply.

4. How to Request a Return

Step 1: Email us at info@rosymode.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
Step 2: Our team will reply within 24 hours on business days with your prepaid return label and instructions.
Step 3: Pack the item securely, attach the label, and drop it off.
Step 4: Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund is processed automatically.

5. Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 - 7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund has been processed.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately, at your choice — no need to return the damaged item unless requested.

7. Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item and place a new order. Your refund will be processed as soon as the return is received.

8. Your Statutory Rights

In addition to our 90-day guarantee, UK customers retain their statutory right to cancel a distance purchase within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and all rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Our policy exceeds these minimums in every respect. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.
