Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how and when Rosy Mode issues refunds. It works together with our Return Policy, which gives every customer a 90-day return guarantee with free prepaid return labels.

1. When You Are Entitled to a Refund

You are entitled to a full refund in any of the following situations:

  • Change of mind: you return the item within 90 days of receiving it, in its original condition.

  • Damaged or defective item: the product arrived damaged or developed a fault.

  • Wrong item received: the product delivered does not match your order.

  • Lost parcel: the carrier confirms your parcel was lost in transit.

  • Statutory cancellation: you cancel your distance purchase within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

2. Refund Method and Timing

All refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Once your return is received and inspected (or your case is confirmed, for damaged/lost items), your refund is processed within 5 - 7 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few additional days for the amount to appear on your statement.

3. Full Refunds, Always

We refund the full amount you paid for the returned item, including any applicable taxes. We do not charge restocking fees, administration fees, or return shipping fees.

4. Partial Refunds

A partial refund may apply only when an item is returned in a visibly used, damaged, or incomplete condition caused after delivery. In these cases, our team will contact you before processing anything.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 7 business days from our confirmation email, first check your bank account again, then contact your card issuer — processing times vary between banks. If the refund still has not arrived, contact us at info@rosymode.com and we will resolve it as a priority.

6. Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Orders cancelled before dispatch are refunded in full immediately. If the order has already been dispatched, simply follow our free return process upon delivery.
